Overview
Enterprise internal tooling is where most people actually spend their working day, and it is usually the software nobody designs. SPFx work is React development inside somebody else's platform constraints.
Delivery ran in Agile sprints with sprint planning, code review and technical documentation as part of the definition of done.
Problem
Microsoft 365 gives large organisations a platform but not their process; the gap between the two is filled with custom web parts, and that code has to survive platform updates it does not control.
Adoption is the actual metric — a correct tool that people route around has failed.
